I’ve experienced an hour in AOI. My experience inside was quite powerful. I felt like I was walking through the matrix, like I was walking through the codes of light of this universe. I was remembering my original frequency. I also surprised myself and helped the opening and receiving by singing - singing with the sound and singing with the shapes and light. When I went out my body was open, all my cells were buzzing and it was like a medicine journey. My cells were fully open and sensitive. For me AOI was a remembering.
