    It was a powerful, life-changing experience. I feel more comfortable in my own skin; more physically, emotionally and sexually confident. I discovered negative beliefs I had about my body I had locked away long ago and replaced them with self love and appreciation. The retreat was on a beautiful property immersed in nature.

    We did yoga, swam in the pool, ate fresh and delicious vegan meals, did little art and journaling projects, learned about yoni steams and left with my own yoni egg. It was transformational. My words don't do the experience justice. It's so many little improvements and changes I notice here and there as well and deeper changes to my subconscious I can sense, but not explain. I feel like a new, stronger and empowered version of myself.

“Seeded Potential was an absolute levelling up in what it means to connect with the Divine Masculine.

From a young age, society has created so much shame regarding sexuality. I see it now, young boys are curious about their genitals, and the parents are quick to say "don't do that" or "stop."
